In Vermont in 2011, a disc is my upper back shattered, leaving me in great pain and unable to work for a while. My move to Portland was nigh and the lovely people of the central Vermont music community held a benefit for me in the form of a load of great music so many amazing people. Though. I was not playing my guitar at this time, I still did some singing including this song of mine where I was accompanied my classical/jazz genius Michael Arnowitt
